    Default Quina Berries ... help again...

    They say they are pronounced Keewan... I just got them, I saw them on a cooking show and since I am trying to broaden my diet. I am always trying new somethings.
    Thought I would come here first and see if anyone got any ideas, or have tried these weirdy thing...
    Enlighten me please...


    Should have labeled this weird, unusual pantry diving...lol

    I haven't tried them yet. I imagine they would have a similar use as millet as both are small seeds. Could you make it as a side dish or serve like couscous? I think it would also be good in stews and soups.

    I look forward to a voice of experience posting what they do with quina.
