    Talking Vanilla Milk for kids

    This is something my mom used to make for me when I was a little girl. I have made it for my young nieces and nephews and they loved it.

    1-8 oz glass of cold milk
    Vanilla to taste
    Sugar to taste

    Add vanilla and sugar to glass of milk and stir. Sometimes my mom would put this in mayonaisse(sp?) jar and shake it. I put it in a blender with a couple of ice cubes.

    Kroger used to sell "Vanilla Milk" some years ago when I worked there...I used to get it all the time..it was SO YUMMY!

    This is good made in a mug and heated in the microwave on a cold chilly morning too!!! I think it's better than hot chocolate!!!
