Excellent, thanks! What I love about "two of us" cooking is that if it is just me, I can freeze the other half for dinner another day!

LOL, since there are only three of us but I cook each and every meal like I'm feeding seven, (double portions, lunches and hopefully leftovers), I will pass this along to some friends who cook for only two.
