Philly Cheese Steaks
2 lbs. round steak, sliced
2 T butter melted
4 onions, sliced
1 T garlic-pepper
salt, to taste
1/2 c water
2 t beef bouillon granules
8 french rolls,
8 slices cheddar cheese
Combine steak, butter onions, peppers, garlic pepper and salt in crockpot and mix.
Whisk water and bouillon together, pour into crockpot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Remove meat, onions, peppers and pile on rolls. Top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese is melted.

I have always wanted to make my own! I am going to get the ingredients some time during the week and make them. HUBBY will be so happy!

Sounds delicious. I would slice it slim w/ my electric knife to keep teens at bay.

Sounds wonderful and something I should cook this week. It is getting hotter here and not having to warm up the oven is always a pluss! Thanks.
