2 pounds chuck roast, cut in 1-inch strips

1/2 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 large onion, sliced thin

2 large green peppers, sliced thin

1/2 cup ketchup

1 cup barbecue sauce

1/2 cup water

4 ounce mushrooms, canned

1 tablespoon molasses

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce


Place the steak strips, flour, salt, and pepper in the crock pot.

Stir well to coat the steak.

Add the remaining ingredients.

Cover, cook on high for 1 hour, reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 8 hours.
