Default Crockpot pork chops and vegetables

Crock Pot Pork Chops and Vegetables --

2 large white onions -- sliced
    2 green peppers -- sliced
10 medium sized ripe red tomatoes -- great for using
    your garden tomatoes.

Layer one onion, one green pepper in the bottom of the
    crock pot.

Season 4 pork chops with salt and Mrs Dash. Lightly sear
them in a hot skillet with 2 tbs of oil.

Place pork chops on the layer of onion and green pepper.
Then add the balance of the green pepper, onion and tomatoes on top. Add about 1/4 cup of water.

Cook on high about 1 - 1 1/2 hours then turn crock pot
    to low.

The pork chops come out so tender and flavored by the
vegetables. You can add thinly sliced carrots too.
