18-24 drumsticks, wings, thighs
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
Mix together maple syrup, soy sauce and cranberry sauce. Parboil chicken pieces for about 7 minutes. Drain and place in crockpot; add sauce and stir to cover chicken. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then cook on low 4-6 hours till tender. Drain and serve.
I make this quite often for pot lucks at church. It's a sure fire crowd pleaser.
