Default Crockpot Wild Rice & Chicken Stew

    Makes 8-10 servings

    2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (I used canned)
1 10-3/4-oz. can condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    2 stalks celery, sliced
1 6-oz. pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    5 cups chicken broth
    5 cups water

In 6 qt. crockpot, combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
