3-4 lb chuck roast
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Campbell's Cream of Onion Soup
2 green peppers, sliced in strips
1 onion, diced
3 jars whole mushrooms, drained
2 small cans whole peeled potatoes, drained

Sear roast on stovetop in large skillet, place in bottom of crockpot. Pour undiluted soups on top of roast. pile the veggies on top of soup, put the top on the crockpot. Turn on HIGH 1 hour, then to low for 8 hours. No need to stir while cooking, no need to bother it at all. Everything ends up blending together nicely on it's own. It may seem like you would need to add additional liquid at first, but believe me, you don't! It makes it's own gravy that is thick, flavorful and plentiful. Not to mention Delicious!
