last night i bought some boneless blade simmering steak . 3 large pieces in the pkg for $7.45. I put them in the cp with some water and soya sauce to simmer most of the day. Later i'll take them out , cut any extra fat that comes off and put the meat in beef and broccoli in the stir fry.
I would of just marinated the meat with soya sauce and corn starch but hubby sees any fat and bang he wont eat it. Fussy bugger lol
