    Default fixed tonight!

    I put a roast in the crock pot with onion flake on it . then put a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of water. cooked on high for 6hrs. very good and tender.

    I enjoy roasts cooked in the crockpot. They are always so much more tender and juicy. Glad you enjoyed yours.

    got to love cream of mushroom soup.

    this week at costco got a case of it for about 5.97.... campbells brand, expires in 2009.

    It also makes a wonderful stew base, casserole.

    good stuff.

    and it's so much easier than roasting in the oven
    less guesswork too
