    Default Cease and Desist

    Any suggestions on a Cease and Desist letter, I am sending it to Wells Fargo. I am trying to make arrangements, but they call every morning 0800am.

    The DMP was just too much 2000.00 a month. I am trying to settle some of the accounts. I will have some taxes to pay. If I can get it down to a couple of cards,then I will try to pay them in full.
