Doesn't hurt to have a reminder........
We probably already knew this here..........since we are good shoppers.
But, this is a good reminder of some things to watch for, so we don't get sucked in to the thinking/advertising gimics.

I subscribe to his once a week postings.........he can have some pretty good articles......some 'just cute' that give you a laugh and some are pretty
helpful...........(like buying a house on a corner lot..........I hadn't even thought about some of the things he mentioned, but no longer accepting the potential home on a corner lot.)
