Flying by the seat of our pants most likely.
There will be some sleeping in (by me at least) and more work on the laundry room reno and lounging/watching tv going on as well.

Was suppose to take DD back to school. But, my BFF passed away today so she is staying home a few extra days for the funeral. We will most like do a little shopping for funeral clothes, yard work and be lazy.

**Hugs** Neeley, prayers, too.
I should do a mad dash pick-up of the public areas of the house. . . We will be heading next door (MIL's) for a "dinner" at 12:30 for 8. The ex, my DH's daughter and husband, my (step)mom and dad, us and MIL. I made rolls, a fruit salad, and will be heating last fall's canned squash (gotta love the no shopping- used stockpile). MIL is making ham and potatoes, that's it . . . she's so funny. My Mom and Dad will be coming, most likely will be stopping here after dinner for games and conversation. Mom is undergoing radiation, after her second breast cancer surgery.
Keeping things low-key as Dh and I have had the "sickness" this week - fever, gastrointestinal distress, congestion - all around yuckiness. Should have seen me in the kitchen - antibacterial wipe in one hand, spoon in the other.

Hugs to Neely & Nicjean...
We are heading out here in about 20 mins.
First stop about 30 mins from here at a DQ for a mystery shop (hey, it will help pay for the gas for the long ride ahead)...
Next stop at a Coop in a town about an hr away (gotta hit this stuff when going by - thank goodness they are open on Easter) & I need some TVP (textured veggie protein- a Vegan staple) terribly.
Next stop sister's house about 2 1/2 hrs from my own. Dinner with all the family and hanging out a bit.
Next stop Lowes Hardware on the way home...(another get 'em while you are going by stop).
Then finally sometime tonight I can be back home to crash and reflect on the day.....
Happy Easter everyone!

We are headed to my parents for dinner at 3. Then back home to get ready for school and work tomorrow. I sure do dread the kids going back to school . I think I hate it more than they do. I am very sorry about your friend Neely and I hope you feel better NicJean.

Wow . . . only one going to church.? Sorry, no meaning to be judgmental, just surprised as I live in the Bible belt and just about everyone attends church on Easter and Christmas - even if they never go otherwise.
Us. . . we did sunrise service at church - breakfast at church, then went picked up my son and 2 grand daughters and went to St. Louis to visit my aunt and cousins. Lovely day, but I'm tired.

We went to church service this morning. Our church hosted a brunch between the 2 services. After church my kids played with their new toys or napped. I started cooking dinner which is ham, mashed potatoes, asparagus, rolls and peanut butter pie for dessert. When our toddler woke up from her nap, we hunted eggs in the backyard.
Soon we will have dinner, then the kids will be off to bed.
