    Default Easter dinner was a flop

    It was terrible. LOL. WE thought to try a new recipe and found one at Marthastewart.com for a quiche. We were very dissappointed, it was terrible lol. we ended up havig pbj sandwhiches for easter dinner.

    My sil has warned me about Martha's recipes. Some work, some REALLY flop. My sil always does a test run before using on company now. Learnt that one the hard way.

    Betty Crocker stuff is tested a lot more, ditto Taste of Home. A lot of Martha's are real winners but they don't test them as well.

    I've not used Martha's recipes but she has excellent ideas and concepts that I have used. (the curtain rod divider idea I mention in [ame="http://www.homesteadgarden.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1534"]Cut your work in half or even more! - Homestead Garden Forums[/ame] came from her).

    i love martha's show, and often get teased about becomming assimilated into martha stewart living, lol. But I have never had a recipe flop like this. Good thing it was just the four of us, no company, LOL. We had a fantastic day up until and then again after dinner.
