Yes!!!
I just received the letter from my school district telling me the IHIPs (individualized home instruction plans that our state requires) for the kids are in compliance with the regulations.
That was the next hurdle. Now I can relax a bit, at least until it's time to send in the first quarterly report.
What's really nice is they actually have another month before the regulations state they have to send me acknowledgment. It's nice to know they are "on the ball" so to speak.

Woiw, I didn't know your were going to homeschool this year. I must of missed the thread while on vacation. I know you have several children, are you still working and going to school?? I wouldn't have the patience to homeschool my kids, it would be a nightmare for them and me. LOL Good luck and I am glad that everything is falling into place for you.

Great news! I breathe a sigh of relief every year when we get our "approval" letter.

I have 4 kids. I'll be homeschooling the younger three. My oldest daughter is staying in ps, she's a junior this year. My youngest dd only wants to be homeschooled one year (we'll see how she feels when the one year is up...). But the boys we are going to continue to homeschool.
Not working, except occasionally from home. Not going to school.
