    Default Going for it!

Well today is DD last day of school readiness, and we will be homeschooling for JK and SK for sure. I have contacted the local homeschooling group all ready and they invited us to join this year for free. So I sent in all the paper work and we were invited to there Valentines Day party. I am nervous and excited. I know that we are doing the right thing, now that I have for sure made up my mind it is like a huge sense of relief.

Good luck with the group, I hope they turn out to be a good match for you and lots of fun and support.

I'm not sending mine to JK/SK either. My daughter has a late birthday and is supposed to start at age 3. My husband is not too keen on the homeschooling idea yet, but luckily agrees that 3 year olds don't belong in the same school with teenagers, so I'm keeping them home at least until age 6 and then we will decide.

I know you won't regret it. I wish I could still homeschool mine but with the divorce it isn't possible. The year we did it was awesome.
