I would like to join this one Can we post the recipes we are going to try so others can try them too?

I just tried these last week to use up leftover ham and they were both GREAT:
    Easy Quiche:

I'm in! I challenged myself to make 183 new recipes this year. It sounds like alot but it really isn't for me. I started this because I want to use my HUGE cookbook collection more.

I'm giving myself the weekend off and starting in on Monday

I can't wait to see what you all cook up

Sure! I usually post a link to my recipes or give the name of the cookbook I got them from anyway. Makes it easier for people who want to make them.

I had already decided I needed to try new recipes, something I never, ever do. I tend to cook the same round of things, and more by intuition than recipes.

I had already posted this my signature, so I guess I should officially join in. But, wow! 183 new recipes? I am awed. I'm thinking more on the lines of two a month. That's enough to commit to for someone with as little interest in cooking as I have. I used to love to cook, but after about 45 years of it I just want to get it over with as quickly and easily and with as few dirty dishes as possible. But I will try for a tiny improvement.

I even bought a fancy new recipe box for myself for Christmas. Between that and visiting this thread, surely something will inspire me!

I LOVE trying new things. I seldom go a week that I don't try something new.......but some I have just made up myself.

Have an apple dumpling recipe that I am going to try when I get some Granny Smith apples.......and use my OWN sauce on them from yet another recipe. LOVE EXPERIMENTING!!

I'm in! I have tons of cookbooks that need to be used. I'd like to try for 100 new recipes this year. So far I have made a knock-off Starbucks Pumpkin Loaf. It was delicious!

I'm making Friendship Soup for the first time tonight. I have no idea what the ingredients are. It was given to us as a layered mix. Looks like wild rice, barley, red lentils, pasta, vegetable stock, and some other stuff. I may add some real vegetables to it. Maybe carrots and celery.

I am in for this one. I am trying for 1-2 new recipes a week. I just need to cook better.

This week I am trying from allrecipes the blue cheese and spinach stuffed chicken breasts. Also the quick crockpot beef vegetable soup.

Let you know how they turned out.
