I tried a butterscotch blondie recipe from 365 cookie recipes book I dug out of brother's donation boxes. This one use dark Karo syrup and half whole wheat flour, so rather interesting. I would like to use up the Karo syrup. I knew I had some, but the bottle was nearly full....

Here is a great recipe for Chicken David. I tweaked it to my liking (I didn't use salami or cream) and it tasted great. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/40...eviews/199347/

I also made a pumpkin cake. I put chips in mine, though..... https://thenovicechefblog.com/pumpkin-dream-cake/

Here is another pumpkin cake recipe. I doubled the spice and baked it at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. I really like the crumb texture and the addition of nuts would probably make it more awesome.

Yes, it's pumpkin time. I want to try a pumpkin & spinach lasagne, maybe next week. This is one recipe I printed.

I made green chili stew yesterday for the first time. I just used the recipe from the Hatch green chili website. It was really good. Dh thought it could have some more spice. I thought it was perfect. Haven't had that in over 25 years. I never made it. We used to live in New Mexico, so it was a popular dish I never learned to make. I saw the chilis in the store and started looking for a recipe. This is definitely a keeper.

Tonight I'm making a bacon, zucchini, mushroom frittata I saw on facebook. I'm using mushrooms instead of corn. We'll see if that's a keeper.

Tried this with some inexpensive tuna portions. It was easy to put together. Next time I'll cook it on "low" broil instead of the "high" setting. Served with brown rice and a green veg.

Stop trying to organize all of your family’s crap. If organization worked for you, you’d have rocked it by now. It’s time to ditch stuff and de-crapify your world.

If you're not using the stuff in your home, get rid of it. You're not going to start using it more by shoving it into a closet.

Make it do, Or do without. ~unknown
