DH will eat my dinner as a snack and then eat again a while later. He does a lot of lifting and heavy labor at work. Here are my ideas:

    - leftover stuffed cabbage
    - butter chicken (new recipe for me)
    - breaded pork chops w/ dirty rice
    - shrimp fajitas
    - bacon & eggs with cornbread muffins

Stop trying to organize all of your family’s crap. If organization worked for you, you’d have rocked it by now. It’s time to ditch stuff and de-crapify your world.

If you're not using the stuff in your home, get rid of it. You're not going to start using it more by shoving it into a closet.

Here's what I'm thinking for dinner for the next few days:

    - sandwiches w/chips or fries
    - ham w/baked potatoes , veg
    - scalloped ham & potatoes
    - turkey meatballs with or without pasta, cornbread

DH will make teriyaki beef jerky this weekend. He's never made it before and has a recipe. He loves his smoker and replaced a fan in it. He called the company to see if they sell a kit where it can tell him the temp on his phone and he can adjust the temp by phone remotely. Unfortunately, the company doesn't offer a kit and said he would have to buy another smoker with that technology for $700. Not happening.

Got a lot of mark-down/sale meat today. There are 16 chicken drumsticks in crock pot w/ marinade. Tonight mark-down meatballs and pasta. Friday meatloaf. Working dog club event Sat & Sun so leftovers (shredded chicken on buns) or salad. Several lbs of stew beef going into freezer. Got shrimp, sausage, okra for gumbo next week.

I made scalloped potatoes & ham today and used up that ham from last week. The meat dept had marked down lots of Oscar meyer rotisserie chicken in pkgs for 99 cents a pound. And they expire in 2 weeks.....So, we have lots of that! I had gotten loaves of bread in a rustic white and tomato basil flavor as well.

Here's my menu for the week:

    - deli chicken sandwiches on bread choices above
    - grilled cheese on tomato basil bread
    - baked chicken cheese roll ups
    - bbq frozen pizza

I've got items thawing and see things that can be used from the freezer as well. Here's my list:

    - pizza bagels
    - breaded chicken w/spinach, cornbread
    - shrimp fajitas
    - BBQ meatloaf, mashed potatoes, beans

DH says he doesn't like meatloaf but I've never made it and figured the bbq sauce would taste better.
