    This week we have:

    -- turkey & swiss sandwiches
    -- dirty rice, salad
    -- short ribs, veg, rice
    -- fish, veg
    -- soup?
    -- leftovers or tacos

Getting a little loosey-goosey with things this week due to the heat. Will adjust depending on appetites and energy levels. Vegetables.... what's in the garden (chard and beets) and fridge (salad, cabbage, carrots) depending again on appetite.
Stop trying to organize all of your family’s crap. If organization worked for you, you’d have rocked it by now. It’s time to ditch stuff and de-crapify your world.

If you're not using the stuff in your home, get rid of it. You're not going to start using it more by shoving it into a closet.

Nothing almost change in my daily meal.
In the morning, I usually drink coffee, and that's all.
During dinner I try my best to eat a fresh soup each day.
In the evening I usually eat some poridge or salad.
And between it, in the summer I mix it with fruits or vegetables.
Sometimes I'd like to add some sweet stuff, but as I want to lose some weight, so I stopped doing it.

Will thaw out a big container of soup to get it out of freezer. Ground beef still on sale this week so probably meatloaf one evening, mashed potatoes or casserole w/ cheese. Hubby is grilling a turkey breast tonight. Brother gave me frozen spinach and okra. He's removing things from his diet due to the kidney stone.

I am thinking of the following this week:

    - Beef tacos (ground beef cooked with onions, hatch chiles and taco seasoning), chopped tomatoes, mexican cheese
    - Ham & cheese bake ( leftover ham & mexican cheese wrapped in a crescent roll dough and baked)
    - Bagel sandwiches ( using leftover deli turkey, tomatoes, olives and bagels)
    - Asian shrimp noodle bowl
    - Chicken & rice ( cubed chicken in a tikka masala flavored rice)

I pulled a pkg of chicken tenders from the deep thaw to cook this week as it was getting freezer burned. Here's my list for the next several days:
    - roasted chicken w/potatoes/carrots/onions (in crockpot now) and cornbread
    - Bubble up chicken pot pie
    - deli turkey/ham on bagels
    - chicken fajitas
I'll try to make pumpkin bread and/or chocolate chip cookies using smashed Hershey kisses.
