    Default Big Challenge

I thought that this would be a fun idea....I have a big challenge for all of us......what recipes can we come up with using no more than 3 ingredients(not including spices)?
    here's just a few:
    bush's beans,hamburger,onion
    macaroni noodles, tomato soup
i'm sure that there are more creative ideas out there

Oh! Just thought of another one we do a lot!

You can do a chicken or beef version........
1 box beef rice a roni, enough beef broth to replace water in the recipe........ cook those together and in a seperate skillet, brown 1 lb ground hamburger meat and add it to the rice when the rice has about 5 minutes left of cooking.

You can do the same thing with chicken breasts, chicken rice a roni, and chicken broth

fettucini alfredo is another good one if you happen to have a jar of alfredo sauce and the fettucini noodles! To make it yummier, you can add a can of tuna or a can of chicken or leftover cooked meat (we use our leftover Christmas turkey in ours)

MEXICAN GRILLED CHEESE (this is what I call it)

    Flour tortillas
    Cheese (shredded or cubed Velveeta-type)
    Salsa

Put cheese and salsa between two flour tortillas. Fry in skillet till both sides are toasty.
NOTE: Can add leftover taco meat, cooked chicken or ham too if you want.

Roll out biscuit, put some brocolli and cheese in center and put another biscuit on top, pinch the edges and cook according to biscuit instructions.

We sometimes do pork chops too. Whatever we have in the freezer.

Cream of mushroom soup is really a big staple in most of my frugal recipes. here's another one.

    1 package of egg noodles
    1 can of tuna
1 can of cream of mushroom soup

cook the noodles, drain most (not all) of water, add soup and tuna. Sometimes I add peas but that would be more than 3 ingredients.
