Fast whole-food waffles, gluten-free

This morning I felt like waffles for breakfast. So I opened my cupboard and looked at the ingredients I could use to make breakfast waffles.
Ultimately, I chose
2 scoops of millet flakes
2 scoops of flax seeds
2 measuring spoons of amaranth pops
2 scoops of oil
some salt and
8+ measuring spoons of water
I ground the dry ingredients first and then added the remaining ingredients and mixed them briefly.
In the meantime, the waffle maker has gotten hot. So I was able to bake the waffles right after making the dough.
After 10 minutes of work there was breakfast. 🙂
Incidentally, the waffles taste just as good with egg as they do with jam.Best regards, miteigenenhaenden
