Your day, Thursday January 31st 2013

Good morning everyone - once again it is raining and blowing a gale across here.
It isn't cold (around 10 degr C) but it feels cold mainly because - I think - of the wind and dampness.
Anyhow - it is just miserable!

Today I have to get my school work prepared for next week.
After that I don't really have much planned - it is a perfect day just to sit with some hot chocolate and watch a movie - not that I'll do that but it would be nice. Maybe one day I'll do just that!

One of my sons is coming for dinner this evening - chicken stew (with lots of veggies) with mashed potatoes with apple crumble for dessert.

I also have to get thinking about lunch on Sunday - my in-laws and brother in law are coming.
It's possible that my BIL will be bringing his youngest son who is quite a difficult child.

I will also be doing laundry and baking today but further just a nice day to stay in.

I got a nice surprise this morning when I opened my mailbox: a mail from an office that thinks I might be the appropriate candidate for a vacature they are having. So I wrote them a nice application letter and sent them the rest of the paperwork I have. We will see how it turns out.

Dutch, you made me wonder what kind of school are you talking about? Are you taking classes somewhere or teaching them?

I teach English and cooking at elementary school.

I've spent most of the afternoon sat inside the bunny pen as the big grey bunny is ill. So that has been fun and games! That's about it for today. Wow, I sound like I have a dull life
