Frugal Friday

Today two of the older kids are working right after school so we will be carless today. The DIL works but doesn't have school so she will be home to help with DGS this evening. He is doing better than expected after his dental surgery. Thank you for the prayers and happy thoughts! It is raining so we will be staying busy inside today. I think I will let the little guys play in sheet forts while I clean the bathrooms. The only other chore to do is vac the second floor. Dinner will be onion soup chicken in the crock pot, mashed potatoes and green beans.

We are going to a park playdate this morning, but until then...laundry!

Supper tonight is fish and chips for Kevin and Sophie...for myself(vegan) saute spinach with vegan cream cheese and some naan bread. Have a great day!

working at home. laundry is hanging on the line (load 1 of 3 i will be doing today). lunch is leftovers. dinner is what was in the freezer. that's about it for us!

Sent DH off to work on his own with his food/coffee for the day and spent it in my jammies, on the couch, with coffee in front of the tv. Had a very busy & hectic week, I needed ME time to unwind.

Just picked up a lil and am getting ready to go to get a massage for my neck/shoulder. Its been killing me all week and I can't shake it.

Dinner tonight - leftover for the boys, japanese/thai for me with a gf at a local restaurant.

Medical tests in the a.m. Then to fast food as I was famished. Came home and then went to a store and got a few things from there. All were the best prices, and then I thought that I really did not need but butter and cream cheese from my usual grocery store, so bought those at the store this morning. That may have postponed having to do a weekly shop by anywhere from a few days to almost another week.

Walked for exercise. Rested a bit. Had lots of water and now I am just surfing the net until time to start dinner.
