    Default Leftover hamburger?

I need some suggestions for cooked, leftover hamburger. I use 3 pound frozen packages of venison burger when I make my hamburgers and there is always a lot leftover. It's already been frozen once so I have to cook it all. What can I do with it? Thanks

First, when you get the 3 lb pack, break it into 1 lb packages before you freeze it.

Right now I'd suggest cooking the thawed meat and bundling it in 1/2 or 1 lb portions and freezing it. When you need it you can add it to pizza or pasta sauce, make sloppy joe sandwiches, chili, tacos, or casseroles.
Stop trying to organize all of your family’s crap. If organization worked for you, you’d have rocked it by now. It’s time to ditch stuff and de-crapify your world.

If you're not using the stuff in your home, get rid of it. You're not going to start using it more by shoving it into a closet.

Use it up, Wear it out,
Make it do, Or do without. ~unknown

After it's cooked it is safe to freeze again.

Thanks everyone! I never thought of freezing cooked hamburger crumbles, but it makes sense.
