Ideas for crumbled up cornbread??
I have some leftover cornbread that I don't want to go to waste. Does anyone have any suggestions, other than meatloaf??

Warm milk and brown sugar?
Mix it with stale bread for stuffing chicken? (I love this, personally)
It can be frozen. DH is not a big cornbread eater, so I save the leftover for when I make stuffing.
You can pulse it in the blender and make crumbs to cover baked chicken or fish.Stop trying to organize all of your family’s crap. If organization worked for you, you’d have rocked it by now. It’s time to ditch stuff and de-crapify your world.
If you're not using the stuff in your home, get rid of it. You're not going to start using it more by shoving it into a closet.
Use it up, Wear it out,

Is there some kind of pudding you could layer it w/ and make a dessert. Would vanilla w/ blueberries layered in a glass work.

Put it in a bowl and drizzle some melted butter and some syrup over it.
Blend it up and use it in as a topping for a chili casserole.
Put it in the freezer if you won't use it right away. Cornbread freezes beautifully. When we have leftover cornbread, we freeze the leftover piece or two and a child will pull them out and eat them for breakfast with syrup on them.
