I grew up in Lima too! My cousin lives in Delphos. Most people have never heard of Lima, miss the Kewpee!
Dean, you are probably somewhere near me. i am in northeastern pa here, although I am originally from jersey. :)
I'm a born Hooseir and a transplant in eastern Ohio, Carroll County. I love the foothills, I've been to the Mid America racetrack in Mansfield and would love to go back to see a race. We were there several years ago for the motorcycle fleets. My DH delivers in Wooster, and Pittsburgh. DH also goes to Chillicothe for the bike rally. I've never been and don't know that I care to. I'm sure I'd have fun but I couldn't breath in all the dust.
Born in Indiana, but moved to Newark when I was in kindergarten. I graduated from Reynoldsburg High School and now live in Pickerington.
I'm from Shawnee class of 1985, man, I feel old now! Does the Kewpee still have the frosty things?
I live in Columbus now, but grew up near Delaware, OH. I hope to move out into the country one day. City life is not for me.
I live about 35 miles Northwest of Philadelphia.
Born and raised just north of Pittsburgh in New Brighton area.
Welcome to FV!
Little town of Saxonburg PA here! It is just south of Butler. Nice to see all the folks from the PA and Ohio area!
Mamaw, I was born and raised in Kittanning. I live in Ohio now so I go right past Butler on 422 whenever I go back home to visit. Are you a Steelers fan? There are many of us out here rootig for the Steelers to win on Sunday. Go Steelers!
I'm from NW Ohio here! Born and raised, and raised my own family here.
It IS flat, that's for sure. People who move here because of their jobs from 'hilly' areas, want to know WHY would someone live here?
I shrug and say weeeellllll, I guess my ancestors just stopped thier wagons here and decided not to go any further. LOL! :smirk:
My sons, however, have begun the exodus out of Ohio. They live in CA and FL. First generation on either mine or dh's side to begin life elsewhere. Well, it's their work that takes them there.....
I live in Mansfield. Boy do we have snow!
