NEFC rules

NEFC's Hostesses:

*NEFCs will run for 7 days.
*You must List all the contents of your NEFC
*Please do not send something to someone that you would not want sent to you.
*Email or PM your winner privately with FV/NEFC WINNER in the subject line and make a reply with your winners name.
It is nice if you can edit the subject line with the winners name so everyone knows that NEFC is over.
*You mail your NEFC out within 72 hours of announcing your winner.
*You must post a reply the day you mail your NEFC.

NEFC Players:

*You must be able to be contacted by email through the FV site.
*You must Post your NEFC within 48 hours of winning an NEFC then comply with the NEFC Hostesses rules.
*If you do not post your NEFC within 48 hours your prize will not be mailed and another winner will be selected.
*If you live in a country other than the hostess, please give her any other instructions necessary to mail you your "gift".
*You must post a reply when you recieve your prize.

*Each NEFC will be on a single thread (one thread for each).
*The hostess starts the thread, giving the NEFC a title.
*Anyone who wants to join will reply to that thread that they want to join.
*The hostess will reply with the winner.
*The winner will reply with an acknowledgment and PM or email the hostess their NAZ.
*The hostess will reply when they mail the prize.
*The winner will start a new thread for their NEFC, becoming the hostess.

The rules are subject to change as deemed appropriate by administration.

It was suggested that a minimum/maximum value be placed on NEFC prizes. I do not feel this is necessary as we are all adults. It is up to the hostess as to what prize they want to give away, and it is up to the players as to whether or not they want to participate. Since we all live in different areas, we have access to different coupons, different deals. A gardener might want to give away seeds from her garden. A shopaholic might want to give away some great clearance find. Different prizes will have different values to us all. Please keep in mind that there is a chance that someone from another country might win and the hostess would have to mail overseas.
