Volunteer "Angels" needed for ChemoAngels group
I talk about this group a lot... I just can't tell you what a wonderful experience it has been for me. If you haven't heard me ramble about it, or blocked me out
, I'm talking about ChemoAngels, a group that I am proud to say I am a part of. We adopt patients who are going through chemotherapy and we send them cards and gifts each week.
Currently, our group is in need of more angels!
The following is the note sent out by ChemoAngels administration:

Subject: New Traditional ChemoAngels Needed!
Hi Angels! We have been receiving an excess of Card Angel
applications lately, but not many traditional ChemoAngel
applications. Also, we always seem to have a lot of resigning Angels over the summer months. These situations combined have resulted in a shortage of traditional ChemoAngels.
So its time to tell your friends/relatives/coworkers/church family!
If you know someone who would make a reliable and trustworthy
ChemoAngel, tell them about us and send them to our website,
http://www.ChemoAngels.com The shortage of traditional ChemoAngels is not at the critical stage yet, but we want to correct the situation before it becomes a problem.
Thank you, wonderful Angels!
ChemoAngels Administration
Becoming a ChemoAngel is a serious commitment, but it is a true joy! I love being an angel and spend a lot of time thinking up little things to send to my buddy.
If this sounds like something that you would enjoy doing, please apply!

That is a wonderful thing to be a part of Amy.
CJ, I was reading the application and they do say something about sending cards to other countries or that you could sign up to send them to US.

Yes, I think they do it in Canada, as well as a couple of other countries.

Hi Amy,
I just wanted to let you know that because of a post I saw on here a few months ago, I signed up to be an angel. I have been angeling since July and have enjoyed it and am hoping that I bring joy to my patients.
Thanks for posting such a worthwhile cause.
Gina
