Could you or would you use turkey gravy in a chicken casserole if you had no chicken gravy? They are both similar right? And I'm not cooking for picky eaters so I don't have to worry about that.

I would. The taste will be a little different, but should be ok.
I prolly would at least try it once.
I've used jarred turkey gravy with chicken it was fine. It won't taste like chicken gravy, but still good.
I would deffenlty try it. depends on brand name how much difference but will still very good.
The turkey gravy, depending if it's made from scratch or otherwise, will make the dish taste slightly different. If you're using turkey gravy out of a can, jar or a packet, I'm sure it'll taste pretty different. If you were using the kind made from scratch, your dish might be a big greasy.
I'd try it once and see if it works.
so how did it work out? just curious.
Seems like the frugal way!!
Wow...I have never noticed a difference!! LOL! I use either for whatever dish I am making and we always like it!
I actually ended up making something else but I will deffinately use the turkey gravy in chicken sometime in the future. I have one can of turkey gravy left over from thanksgiving. It's expiration date isn't until 2011 but I'd rather use it and get it out of my cupboard sooner then that.
