I know that feeling. I've always been curious how their OJ and peanut butter taste. I'm real picky about both. I'll have to try them out one day.

I like the pb at Aldi's. So far the only thing I disliked was the tuna. I sure noticed the prices rose when I went this week. I hadn't been there since summer.

We don't have Aldi here but it sounds like they have some decent prices.

I find myself shopping 3 local stores regularly just to keep the budget down.

Nana , did you think it had a much stronger smell? I also didnt like the texture compared to other store brand tuna.

never been in an ALdi's, but after taking care of some feral cats I can't eat tuna anymore. Just smells like cat food to me. DH loves it though.
I would rather have salmon, even the cheap kind with bones, in a salmon salad sandwich. Doesn't taste as fishy to me.

I found no bones thankfully but thought it was just way stronger smelling and the texture was more mushy.

When I get salmon in the big cans (with bones) I take a fork and mush them all up. Don't even taste them and get free calcium. Or you can remove them if you like.

DH won't eat any fish where he might find a bone, he misses out on a lot of good fish.

I don't care for pb, but my DH likes Aldi's. I don't like any tuna except for Kirklands any more - Costco - they pack a lot of tuna into that can, very little liquid, big pieces of tuna. I cannot face any other tuna any longer.
