Social Security...Does anyone know
Does anyone know if you can see online what your social security benefits are up to the current point? I've looked on their website and either I'm missing it or it isn't there. Probably missing it.
I miss the old green papers they used to send. I kept all of them but haven't gotten any for years.

No...they quit sending long long ago. Several years. With the paper you always knew where you stood to date. If you call them you don't get the same answer even if you call within days....and they're not real good about answering questions...at least clearly.

My dh and I both received one last year but that was the first in several years . Dh just had a bday and didnt get one this year. My bday is in march and I haven't gotten one this year . We are in our early 40"s.

As Russ said, they quit mailing them couple years ago............and........as of March of this year(think it is) you have to have direct deposit set up or you get a 'credit card' thing to use for your benefit amt.
