    Default No/Low Spend 2020

Anyone doing a no/low spend year next year? I did one for 2019 and did pretty well and thought it was very useful and saved me from buying unnecessary things. I'm planning to do another one for 2020 but a little different, maybe try to cut out/reduce online shopping. Otherwise I leave myself some flexibility and that works well for me.

I was thinking about doing this for the month of January. If I could do it until February 23 that would be sweet because I start working 6-12s on Feb 24th thru Mid-May but could last until mid-July. With working those kinds of hours I won't have time to spend.

I guess the way things stand as of now, I will be doing a no spend January. Two of my friends decided they were going to do it and so I decided to join in.

Not that I won't purchase nothing at all but it will (hopefully!) be ... only necessities.

Shopping online is my downfall and so I'll be taking a much needed break from that, at the very least through the month of January and hopefully beyond as well.

sounds like a good idea! definitely in ... we have some expenses in jan and no more holidays and birthday except my mom so no reason for $$$ we can just relax and get back into the swing of things.
