Talking this is driving me nuts

OK, I have been incredibly forgetful today. Now, I am generally touted as havng a pretty poor memory...but this is out of control. At least six times today I have wanted to do something, or look up something, get something, or go somewhere. But for the life of me I couldn't remember any of it. I am having a problem big time, sigh.

I'm sure you will remember what it is that you forgot. In the mean time don't be hard on yourself blame it on baby, that's what I do

Babies are known to suck ALL of the memory juice out of you - thats how I discovered list writing!! In the mean time consider it the baby's way of playing with you!! What a sense of humor!! I think they really do know anyway cuz Aimee constantly has deja vous about stuff i did when she was on the inside - and whenever my music comes on - the Cure, Depeche Mode, Sex Pistols - she wonders why she thinks she knows the music -- this is stuff I played while I was pregnant and danced to it - and she dances to it too!! (hee hee )

Really, it's true! Studies have shown that pregnant women have functional memory loss. The problem is, I'm not sure you actually regain much of it after you give birth, lol.

I forgot to add, I asked my OB about this during my last pregnancy. Hi answer was, "That's why they keep getting pregnant!"

Are you kidding me? It's Mommy Brain--everyone knows that (well at least those with kids do!) Add a bun in the oven, and you're done for

Sorry for your frustration Missy. Sounds like you've got brain drain, lol.
