I need 7 or 8 but usually only get 5 or 6. And I never sleep straight thru, I'm up at least 4 times during the night.

6 or so ... for some reason over the last few months I can't sleep. I toss and turn and things are going through my head constantly. I don't want to take a sleep aid but I am about to the point I am going to have to do something. Does anyone have anything they do to help them sleep that doesn't require meds?

Oh my gosh I must be lazy! I have to have 10-12 hours of sleep a night. Last night I went to bed around 9:30 and got up at 9. If I get less than 9 hours I have to take a nap in the afternoon...... I have always been this way. My husband gets 5-6 hours a night.
edited to add that my kids dont sleep that long...they usually get up 7:30-8 and they go in the living room with their blankets and pillows and watch tv, then after I get up and around we get school done.
Yes bad mommy I know...
