Ok, help me out with a list of the reasons
We're NOT allowed to shoot them!
I REALLY REALLY REALLY LOVE THIS MAN, HONEST!
Why oh why oh why do they question us?
I'm laid up with a bum leg right now and strict Drs. orders to STAY OFF OF MY FOOT! Chores are NOT that hard but specific, certain horses have to go in certain pens/stalls to be fed, then moved to specific areas for a REASON! I've done this for years, I have my reasons for each specific move.
I'm asking NICELY, I do NOT badger him, do NOT get short tempered, do NOT hen peck, just quietly try to give instructions.
So WHY OH WHY OH WHY does he question me? I don't question him on the equiptment, the crops, the cows, the trucks, if he needs help I do NOT suggest other ways to do things, those are HIS areas, the horses are MINE!!
This is going to drive me INSANE before it's over!
Honest, I'm an easy going person, really I AM, but UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!
Good thing that the laundry is caught up and I am able to get into the kitchen and cook or there would REALLY be a problem!
K, thank you, done ranting and feeling a bit better, lol, off to take a pain killer and a nap!

I've found I can use the same answer I give the kids and get away with it.
"I'm the Mom and I said so that's why!" If said with the right tone of voice and evil glare no one questions.
Hope you feel better soon.

If it makes you feel any better...
My dh has 'duck duty' on the weekends, when I work. I tell him to move the pen on Saturday, as I move it every 48 hours. He usually doesn't move it until Sunday afternoon, and then complains that it's 'smelly out there.'
No kiddin'? Maybe that's because you left them in their poo for about 84 hours!
Hope you're feeling better soon.
