    Default My Birthday!!!

    I've had a wonderful few days. Today is my birthday and I just love birthdays. My parents who are in their 80s drove in from out of state to spend 3 days with us. They took me out to supper, and we cooked, talked, scrapbooked, played games and just enjoyed each other's company. They just left and I am so happy to have spent this time with them. It was such a gift for them drive here as it exhausts them to drive that far. They said that because they both are having major health problems (Dad: cancer, heart, joints. Mom: macular degeneration, knee replacements), that this will probably be the last time they will be able to make this trip. I am so grateful for parents who took the time to just love on me and spoil me, even tho I am 59!

    And I had wonderful gifts from hubby: massage certificates, scrapbooking magazine, Dove chocolates. And I had greetings from son and sibs.

    What a wonderful birthday!

    2. Get some balance in my life.
