Banana Walnut Bread in a Jar Gift
I just found this....thought it was interesting. You bake the bread in the jar, seal while hot and cool. Say's the jars will last in the pantry up to 5 weeks.

No, but it does sound interesting. I was checking the broadcast schedule on the NPR site this morning and found this site connected with this cooking broadcast. My local PBS/NPR station doesn't air this show
, wish they did though. I was checking to see what Christmas concert broadcasts would be airing on our station. I love the jazz, bluegrass and Irish/Celtic shows they air. I'm also a Prairie Home Companion junkie too, LOL.
