Started My Own Goal Journal Today
I have broke it down into daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals.
I have also put in some very long range goals.
I think this will help me to get on track and keep myself
motivated towards the things I want to acomplish.
Its a baby step toward walking without falling down ( as much )
I am a very bad procrastinater and need to see things down on paper to make myself accountable.
I am a list maker but forget to look at the lists.LOL
I have a 5 year plan to work for......

I have found many articles by Steve Pavlina to be very useful. Perhaps you will gain something as well. Here is one of many articles.
