This is kind of how I feel. In my twenties I only worked out to lose weight. Now in my middle 50's I work out for my heart, energy and that general sense of feeling better. I do fall off the wagon occasionally but always get back on.I'm too busy working on my own grass to notice if yours is greener.[FONT=Arial Black][/FON
