Talking I have a couple of questions...

    Just wondering.
    Do you take vitamins?
When is the best time of day do you think to take them?
I used to take mine at night. I am thinking of changing that to taking them with dinner (noon meal here)
    I take Potassium
    avons womens complete,
    energy advance
    menopause support
    St Johns wort
I think thats it.... how about you all? I must say I do notice a definite difference if I miss them! Low energy and grouchy beyond belief!

I take something called *ENERGEX* It's a liquid multi-vitamin.It's all natural... It come in little vials, I break and pour it in water or juice. I take one each morning. If I take at nigth, it keeps me awake...

I REALLY see a difference when I don't take this. It's like a boost and I really feel less tired and exhausted.

    I pay between $9.99 and 13.99$ for 30 vials...

I take a multiple vitamin, calcium and magnesium. I usually take them with my dinner so they don't make me sick.

I take (on the days I don't forget):
    Folic Acid
    Evening Primrose Oil
    Calcium
    Fiber Tablets
    Zinc
    Potassium (but prescription strength)
Echinachea and Vitamin C when I feel run down
I take them during the day, usually some after breakfast and some after lunch. Calcium I take right before bed.

I take mine throughout the day Mel. I take some calcium and a multi during the day and again at night. I was taking royal jelly for a long time but now I'm taking the SeaSilver Vitamins (liquid)...although I'm almost out and the company is on hold with production for a while.....

I take a multi-vitamin in the morning. I would rather take them in the evening, but I forget most of the time. I am taking One a day women's formula right now, but I am going back to the herb and vitamin store to get the whole foods kind soon.

This is me too. I take a multivitamin with iron, and calcium tablets too. One calcium with breakfast and one with lunch.

Yup here too! When I miss them for a day or two, I start slipping back into worse exhaustion.

I found a mixture that works for me, I upped the dose of Evening Primrose Oil, when doing a bit more reading the other week, and that has improved things a bit more even, but essentially what I take right now is the following:

Salmon Oil from Costco, 2 grams (2 capsules of their house brand)

Vitamin E Costco's house brand, the natural one, 800 IU.

Evening Primrose Oil from Costco, I'm at 1 gram a day, working up to 2 grams, and like I said, I notice the improvement even over a couple of weeks.

Good multi which has microminerals such as chromium, selenium and a few others. Right now it's Costco's Centrum lookalike but I normally get Jamieson's 50+ one. (only they didn't have the best deal so I'm doing Costco's imitation of Centrum and so far so good.)

Calcium Magnesium tablets from Jamieson, in an absorbable format, 2 to 4 tabs per day.

Extra Magnesium in the form of 1/4 tsp of Epsom Salts at bedtime with 2 of the CalMag tabs.

AND I started taking a tab of MSM a day, for anti inflammatory.

I take the stuff with meals, if not at breakfast then lunch. At bedtime I do the epsom salts and the extra Cal mags.

I find taking them at the front end of the meal helps keep them from burping back at me, and helps me digest and absorb them best.

    HTH

I take a multi-vitamin with calcium and 400 IU Vitamin E in the morning.

I also have to take my arthritis med and cancer med in the morning and at dinner.
