I have noticed that quite a few of us now have Wii's and Wii Fits. I have started my workouts as of Dec 26/08 and let me tell you I love this thing. I am not an exerciser in any shape or form, other than walking the dogs. I will start with my beginning stats and my first goal I have set for myself.I have already reached bodybuilder and yoga master status on a few exercises and will post those also. If anyone wants to join then jump on in!

Wii Fit Age: 58
First Goal: Lose 10lbs and 2 points of my BMI by February 26/09

Yeah I love the wii fit board! I'm not starting to diet until Jan 5th but I got the Shaun White snowboarding game and with the fit board it is a real workout! My wii fit age was 60 YIKES!!!!

I got one for Christmas too, I cannot remember all my stats at the moment but will post them when I get on it!! Right now my 9 and 12 year olds are doing the running with each other!!!
It really is great for the whole family, I am so, so, so, sore right now, but it is addicting and I am looking forward to another work out in about 30 minutes!!!
Yep..me too. Love to join the challenge. But, I'm not posting my weight, either. My fitness age was 47...10 years older than me; but not too bad. Now, when it plumped my little Mii up to "correct" proportions I 'bout fell over dead. I really don't think I look like that and hubby and kids all agreed. Geesh.

These were the stats from the 26th of December. I have worked out
Thurs - 46 minutes
Fri - 32 minutes
Sat - 30 minutes
Sun - 30 minutes + walked 1 mile on treadmill
Mon - 30 minutes + walked 1 mile on treadmill
I set a 3 month goal to lose 22 pounds - 3.4 pounds every two weeks.
Thanks for jumping in ladies. I screwed up, I acutally started on Saturday Dec 27.
So far I have done:
Dec 27: 23 min
Dec 28: 36 min
Dec 29: 41 min ( + 1 hour trudge through the snow with dogs)
I forgot to write down my rankings, but I keep unlocking new exercises and challenges. The two I know that so far I am doing really well on are the Jack Knife Abdominal- Bodybuilder status and the Warrior Pose- Yoga Master. Oh, and I love the Hula Hoop game, wwwwwwwiiiiiiiiiiiii !!
After 3 days it says my Wii Fit Age is 42, I guess after doing some of the exercises it reasses your "Age".
PS: Michelle please just post what you feel comfortable revealing, I'm sure it doesn't matter one way or the other to anyone here what your weight is, and I certainly wouldn't want to press you for any info you dont want to reveal! I think the point of this "challenge" is for us to actually use our Wii Fits for what they are meant for.

My Goal BMI is 22.22 and my Goal time is 2 months!

Oh, I just got off my Wii and will post stats later. I also will join this challenge and post on Saturdays (that is the day I will be posting my weight for the one pound per week challenge).
My goal is to do 30 minutes 3 times a week. My wii fit age jumps all over the place. It started at 49, went down to 24 and today was 32. I won't be posting my weight but it's up there. My goal is to get my BMI down to 30 or less.
I did 45 minutes tonight! My fitness age was down to 39--wow, I'm 37 soon to be 38 so that's not bad at all. That was the good news.
I haven't been on the wii since before our Christmas vacation and I gained 2lbs. It was easy to do with the vacation and the holiday dinners plus Christmas cookies and fudge. All things considered, it probably could have been worse.
I am not sure of my final goal either...I want to get into the normal BMI range for my height. On the wii tracking, I decided to go with smaller goals and time frames, hoping I could see some quick success and get motivated by that.

I like a lot of the exercises. Both Hula hoops and the ski jumps are fun. Soccer is definitely not my fave...I wish I had a nickel for every time I got hit in the head with a soccer cleat, LOL.

I want to join in too. Dh bought me a WiiFit for my birthday in Nov. and I used it for a couple of weeks and then got busy with other things and slacked off. I want to start doing it daily again though and lose a few pounds. I can't post my current numbers 'cause I haven't done it in a while, but will try to get around to it.
I did 50 minutes today. My wii age went up to 47; but my weight went back down a pound and a half. Probably won't last long since I'm going to a party tonight and planning a big New Years ham dinner for tomorrow. I figure holidays don't really count, but its really ON after this weekend. We have one more Christmas celebration on Saturday at the ILs.
Ugh! My WiiFit said my weight was up 1.5 lbs. since Nov. I suppose that wasn't so bad really considering all of the Oreos and similar stuff I've eaten. I worked out on my WiiFit for an hour yesterday evening. My BMI is normal and I put in a goal of two pounds to lose in the next two weeks. How's everyone else doing?
I would love to join this Challenge. We got the wii fit for christmas. I have only been on twice because the kids dont share well. lol. But when I went on today my wii fit went up and it says my weight is down. 1.1 pounds. So I am off to a good start now if I can get the kids out of the house it should work well.
Is anyone changing their eating habits or dieting through their Wii Fit challenge??
