Have You Exercised Today?
My kids are happily engaged in a game, and I'm about to climb on the treadmill for a 1/2 hour interval session.
How about you? Have you exercised today? Do you plan to?

no. I've been bummed about my arm being broken and I've been using that as an excuse. Thanks for pushing me, I think today I'll wrestle on my sneakers and walk on my treadmill for a half hour. Theres nothing wrong with my legs, so I can at least walk. Thanks again

Frug, how did you break your arm? If you posted it, I must have totally missed it! Honestly, I'd use that as an excuse for everything...can't workout, can't cook dinner, etc!
I just got back from the gym. I've been doing 40 minutes split between the elliptical and stair climber, decided to break the routine and did 60 minutes on the treadmill. It was a good change, I think I start doing that in place of my "regular" workout a couple of days a week!

I'm impressed. I hate exercising under the best of circumstances, so good for you for walking even though you have a broken arm
In answer to Amy's question...no, I have not "formally" exercised yet, but I did do some painting in Lauren's bedroom. That has to count for something, no?
How about shoveling almost a foot of snow, possibly more? Does that count for anything? :laughinghard:

I swam laps this morning. It will have to do, along with the treadmill, until the weather breaks and I can bike or play tennis. Going into tennis withdrawal here.

I walk my dog 2 miles EVERY morning. No excuses, rain, shine, snow, cold (it was 13 this morning!)

Just got back from my 2 mile jog/walk. Nice outside even if the wind is a little cold!

Two mile walk pushing stroller.
Two rounds of push ups.
Two rounds of sit ups.
I still feel lazy. I know I'm fat.

Yes. 30 minutes stretch exercises. 12 laps on stationary bike. 1/2 on the treadmill. I'm trying to work up to 5 days a week, so far only 3 but I'll get there.
