    Okay everyone, winter is fast approaching. Let's get those pounds off!

    My goal is to get a good workout no less than four days a week. Mostly treadmill. Time from 35 to 45 minutes.

    Based on last months number of 1243 & that I've joined a health competition at work I'm going to shoot for a minimum of 1300 this month.

    1st:
    18 mins Abs
    28 upper body weights
    34 light lower body work

    2nd:
    walked around all day at the World Equestrian Games Cross Country Eventing but I have no idea how I would track this

    3rd:
    46 minutes (35 jogging & 11 walking)
    20 minutes Ab work

    146/1300
