    A new month already!! We need to keep moving!!

    I am going to try for 40 minutes per day.

    What are your goals?

    I'm in for 400 minutes this month. This morning I rode the bike for 35 minutes.

    40 minute walk today in the cold but when it is cold like this it burns extra calories just to stay warm!

    Didn't see this thread earlier. My goal is to workout 4 to 6 times a week.

    40 minutes today of step aerobics.

    I wasn't paying attention and posted my exercise yesterday in the January thread by mistake.

    Feb. 1 - Treadmill 60 min/3.25 miles, 481 calories
    Zumba 24 minutes, 258 calories
