    I have been trying to keep up with the walking, but find I need the tracker to keep me honest in what I think I am doing. Should be able to get a tracker this weekend. ( weather permitting, Ice storm heading our way ) Keep on stepping......


    Oh and I am down a pound since December.

    163, 7100 steps.

    I have lost one pound in the last 2 weeks. I am upping my goal to 7000 steps a day. As I live in a 3 story building with long halls and stairs at each end, it is easy to get those extra steps in at the end of the day if I need to.

    Still working through a large box of holiday goodies sent to me by a relative. I will be giving away some cookies to a friend today.

    I am in. I am up 14 lbs from this time last year! Nothing fits very well....especially my jeans....there is no getting into them! I halfway tried over the weekend which resulted in no weight loss. Have my head in the game now though. Going to go prep my food for mon-Thursday. On Thursday I will prep Friday-Sunday's food then hopefully repeat that schedule. I am going to try adding a second vegan protein drink in the afternoon and see it that will keep me from wanting to snack on carbs and sip wine! I have really, really let taking care of myself slide lately so time to get back in track!

    161.8 Woohoo!! first time below 162 since I got this scale! 7322 steps.

    I need to get below 155 to have a "good" BMI of 25 or less.

    Good job josantoro!

    Got all my food prepped and in individual containers to just grab and eat or heat and eat through Thursday night. I love seeing them all lined up in the fridge...makes me feel all organized! I ate right on track and drank my half gallon of water yesterday!

    Down half a lb this morning!

    Not able to exercise yesterday and today due to chiropractor/massage appointments for my neck.....chiro said only walking and that is not going to work with this icy weather. Tomorrow I plan to do a 2 mile walk away the lbs DVD to get myself safely moving again.

    I'm down close to 5 pounds this month, with zero change to diet and exercise except for adding green smoothies (just spinach, unsweetened coconut water, and fruit) in the morning. Literally no other changes. Woo hoo!!! Imagine how well it will go when I actually put effort into it.
