    Smile Hold me accountable please

    I am back on the wagon today. Doing WW Core program and exercising.

    I did 1/2 hr on the treadmill this morning. I hope to use the treadmill or do WATP 4 times per week.

    Going to take measurements too for comparison.

    I did the measurement thing too and was shocked! I think that is where you will see your changes the quickest!!

    Umm yesterday was a bad day food-wise LOL. We went to my fil's around 12:00 to swim in his pool. I did great as far as swimming for exercise, but I ate all sorts of bad food, and drank a lot of lemondade. We won't even discuss the Italian dinner I had afterwards

    i have found and my dr agrees, that sometimes it is ok to cheat, it is good for you, dr suggested that you diet for 3 weeks then 1 week you eat what you want with in reason. i hve found this gives me strength to go thru the 3 weeks knowing that i can have a candy bar in the 4th week if i want one. i have lost 32 pounds doing this
