    Default Kittykatstrong's food and exercise journal

    I have decided that I can not lose wieght by myself. I need to lose about 90 pounds, 30 of them is babyweight. I do really well for a couple of days and then I lose focus. I am hoping that writing about it will keep my focus. Okay so here it goes:

    2/12
    Breakfast-coffee
    snack-cup of pineapple juice
    lunch-small pizza with chicken, sauerkraut, and pharm. cheese
    snack-fiber bar
    dinner-1 egg and 3 small pancakes with peanut butter
    dessert- frozen pinneapple juice

    worked out for 30 minutes today
    -stairmaster
    -bike

    breakfast- coffee and half of a cranberry and banana muffin
    snack-1 rice cake
    lunch-2 slices of a mia pizza with chicken and pineaplle
    snack-fiber bar
    dinner-boca burger, fries, and corn
    afterdinner-muffin

    worked out after work today: 30 mins

    2/14

    Breakfast:slice of cranberry and banana bread w/ butter

    Snack:popcorn

    Lunch: chicken soup w/ creamed corn and a backed potato

    Snack:goldfish

    Dinner: 2 slices of mia pizza, pepperoni.

    Worked out for 1/2 hour today
    15 on bike and 15 on the treadmill.

    Ok so I love small marshmellows as a snack. I had so in my hand and I put them back. I will later tonight if I eat well for the rest of the day have hot coco with marshmellows in it.

    Good work! Keep it up. It might help if you eat a bigger breakfast and find an alternative to the pizza.

    2/15

    Breakfast: a slice of banana and cranberry bread, cup of coffee

    snack: grapes

    lunch: baked potato and tomato, onion, cukes salad

    dinner: mac and cheese

    snack: hot coco


    I only worked out for 15 mins today but I walked the mall for a couple of hours


    I work at a pizza place and I get a free meal I bring lunch sometimes but for the most part I eat lunch there.

    So I have not done well the past couple of days. I went to a birthday party and they had the best food there. I didn't eat as much as I normaly do so that was good. I will get back on track on monday.

    Today I did make my lunchs for the week so I did not have as much work food.

    I have lost one pound this week.

    If they have salads at your work...try that w maybe a small piece of plain pizza.Or just small piece w tom.marinara sauce and only herbs,maybe a sprinkle of cheese-of course thin crust.

    I did pretty well today

    Breakfast: cranberry and banana muffin, coffee, fat-free half-and-half
    snack: 2 slices of cheese
    lunch: veg soup with chicken and green olives added in at work. 5 almonds
    Snack:fiber bar
    Dinner: one chicken nugget, salad, mac and cheese(all small portions because they were leftovers) hot coco

    I feel like I don't get enough fruits or veggies in my day. My DH does not like veggies and I don't want to cook two meals so I usually leave them out.

    They have bag salads at work so I will have a salad for lunch sometimes but add on to it. Tomatoes, chicken, onions, mushrooms, or green peppers. The only dressing that they had there is high in fat so I might start to bring my own.

    I didn't workout today because I had to work late and then go to the store. But I ran from the store to my car because it is bone chilling cold and I didn't get out of breath. It makes me want to go work out more now. I have not lost any weight but I can feel myself getting stronger.

    Okay I am off to take a bath to soak away my day.

    Breakfast: Banana and cranberry muffin(I swear they are almost gone)
    snack: cup of pineapple juice
    lunch: 2 slices of a spinach and ricotta pizza
    dinner: ham, sweet potato, and brussel sprouts

    I didn't have the hot coco last night, I passed out so I might have it tonight if I can get the living room cleaned.

    It was to cold outside so I did a work out video in the living room.

    Breakfast:1/2 of a blueberry bagel with peanut butter
    busy at work so no time for a snack
    lunch: veggie burger, brussel sprouts, cranberry and banana muffin,
    snack: wasbi? peas
    dinner: veggie soup and whole wheat quesadilla

    Oh when I got home from work me and my dd shared a free sample of curves cereal.

    Dinner: We ended up going to a sandwich place and I had two sammies.

    I didn't work out today but I walked around some stores and I did some hard core cleaning.

    I have been so busy at work so I have not been posting. I am still trying to stay on track, today I stopped myself from eating while bored.

    I am trying to get a serving of fruits and vegs in each meal I eat and so far I am doing pretty good.

    I have been so busy at work lately. Today I did really well today.

    Breakfast: cereal, coffee, skim milk
    Lunch: potato, shredded chicken
    snack: fruit bar
    dinner: noodles, beef stog. iced tea
    dessert: applesauce

    I worked out today for 20 mins

    I have lost 2 pds in the past week. Slow and steady wins the race I guess but I wish that it was coming off faster. I know that I need to workout more and have to find out away to fit into my schedule.

    So it has been awhile since I have posted. It has been crazy at work. My shift managers mom passed away so I have been picking up tons of hours. I have not had time to excerise. Ok that is a lie. I could work out but it would be in the middle of the night or right after work and when you are on your feet for 12 hours a day I don't want to work out after. I have to do it right away in the morning or I won't fit it in.

    The good news is that I am down 5 more pounds and a couple of people at work have nocited my weight loss. I think that is the biggest boost right there.
