HOMEMADE ICE CREAM


1 large carton fat-free half-n-half
1 cups splenda -- (1 to 1 1/2)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 small boxes fat-free sugar free vanilla pudding
8 C low-fat (1%) milk

Mix half-n-half, Splenda & vanilla. Add pudding & milk, mix thoroughly & pour into ice cream freezer. Freeze to desired consistency. approx. 24 servings, 1 c servings, 1 1/2 gallons,
